The GVC Foundation and Pima County signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a friends group that would support the three Pima County public parks in greater Green Valley, that is, the Canoa Hills Trails walking paths, historic Canoa Ranch and Canoa Preserve, the site of the BAJA softball fields. The web site will launch on September 15, 2019. Memberships are being accepted now. Memberships will be renewed on an annual basis beginning on January 1, 2021.
